Onsite Measurement & Certification

Utilizing a portable CMM or Faro Arm, Ridge Tooling can ensure that your welding fixtures or components are built to your specifications. The CMM can measure locating features of your welding and part holding fixtures. This is the best way to certify your fixtures are built correctly. It saves time and more importantly money with fixture setup and first off part quality. Important features of your first-off or prototype parts can be measured and compared to CAD or GD+T drawings Helping you eliminate problems with your future production before they happen.

Machine Improvements, Adjustments, & Repair

Dedicated Onsite fixture adjustments: Whether its an old worn out tool that you need fixed up or you are having trouble getting quality parts off your machine Ridge Tooling can provide the repair and adjustment services you need to keep your production line running. 

Welding & Fabrication

With over 20 years of welding experience we can make you just about anything out of metal. Services include: MIG, TIG, welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Specialty equipment: tube/pipe bending up to 2", Tube/pipe radiusing up to 3" round and square depending on wall thickness, mill, lathe, and plasma cutter.
